Miss Brazil Larissa Ramos has won the title of Miss Earth 2009 in the recently concluded Miss Eart 2009 beauty pageant held at the Boracay Ecovillage Resort and Convention Center in Aklan, Philippines.

Miss Philippines Sandra Seifert was named Miss Air 2009 (1st Runner Up), Miss Venezuela Jessica (2nd Runner Up) Barboza was Miss Water and Miss Spain Alejandra Echevarria was Miss Fire (3rd Runner Up).
