As Kelly Clarkson graces the cover of Self Magazine September issue, the cover photo is an issue today. She’s looking nice and trim but the problem is, some are saying her real self is not that trim and that the magazine has been photoshopped, airbrushed that the American Idol alumnus is not that trim.

Well, the answer to the question if it was photoshopped is yes and the Self Magazine itself is not denying it, they have altered the photos of Kelly Clarkson Self Magazine’s September issue.

Kelly Clarkson has fought hard against weight in previous years. Even now she is still fighting with it, and obviously Kelly has really gotten so much bigger compared to before. But she stated that she is comfortable with her body.

Inside the cover, Kelly Clarkson told Self magazine: “When people talk about my weight, I’m like, ‘You seem to have a problem with it; I don’t, I’m fine! I’ve never felt uncomfortable on the red carpet or anything’.”

Lucy Danziger editor-in-chief for SELF Magazine said “Kelly Clarkson displays self-confidence, and she is a role model for today’s women, regardless of their sizes and ethnicity. Kelly Clarkson is a strong and healthy woman and is working out regularly, and all our magazine did is to display that confidence, self esteem and beauty. We love this cover and we love Kelly Clarkson.”

Well, she’s looking amazingly stunning and slimmer than ever in the cover, it’s just that the media is making a big deal out of this thing and keeps on criticizing her appearance.
